Returns
Each seller is responsible for their own policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Individual policies will vary from shop to shop.
If you are a customer, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or canceled. While this is shown automatically on all instant digital download items, it is up to the seller’s discretion as to whether they will refund a digital item or not. Please contact the seller directly if you’d like to request a refund for your digital order. If you have any problem with a transaction, it’s best to contact the seller directly.
Typically, refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected, the seller will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Generally, this process takes less than 21 business days.
Exchanges
The best person to contact for inquiries about the eligibility of exchanging a purchased item is the seller from whom you made the purchase. Each shop has its own policies regarding returns, and exchanges.
