Estimated delivery dates may vary based on the seller’s location and the customer’s receiving address.
Typically, all orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days upon receipt of your order confirmation email. An additional notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
When you make a purchase on Supurlmarket, you will be paying the seller of the item for their work, and a service fee to supurlmarket for use of our platform and services. This includes services like buyer support, fraud protection, and item quality control.
A service fee applies only for digital purchase. We charge a service fee of $1 per item.

Supurlmarket applies a service fee to sellers for each sale of physical items, such as kits, yarns, and finished products. Sellers are charged 15% of the total payout, which includes transaction fees.
Transaction fees are collected by Supurlmarket when a customer makes a purchase from your shop. This fee is based on the total cost of the item, including shipping and taxes, and will be detailed separately on your Payment account.
For digital sales, a service fee of $1 per item is applicable.
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
